What’s Returnable

Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect this transaction. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated within 24 hours of placing an order. Once production begins on a customized piece, it cannot be canceled.
