Return Window & Eligibility
At Hor Unique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom jewelry design. Our return window is 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within this timeframe and provide your order details.
Custom Jewelry Design-Specific Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of custom jewelry design, the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made jewelry pieces tailored to your specifications.
- Personalized items that include engravings or specific design requests.
- Hygiene products, including earrings, for health and safety reasons.
- Digital goods such as design consultations or mock-ups.
- Perishable items, if applicable.
Return Condition Requirements
Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- All packaging, including boxes and certificates, must be intact.
- Items must be free from any damage or alterations.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@horunique.com.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for a return authorization and instructions for shipping.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted for custom jewelry items. If you wish to order a different design, you will need to place a new order.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
